We have a chat with you to establish project requirements, target market, time frames and expectations.
We will produce you an itemised quote, sitemap and wireframe to show you how the site will be structured.
For more complex projects we will also write a scope document outlining in detail how we perceive the functionality will work.
Before proceeding with the website design we ask you to supply us with any existing branding elements you wish to be included: corporate style manuals, logo, colour information, photography, copy etc. If none exists we can do this for you also.
At this point we set up the server to house your new website and if required a 'coming soon' page is set up. Email services are now available.
Next we will design static layouts and put on our design stage. You will be provided with a username and password so only you and anyone you choose will be able to view the designs online.
The purpose of the design layouts is to indicate how the completed site will look. Any feedback is then actioned.
When we have received your approval via email or post we will build your website and install it onto the server. We will fully test it to ensure it meets w3c standards and accessibility guidelines. The finished site will then be presented to you for final approval.
When you give us final approval the website goes live.
If the site has a Content Management System we will give you full training and instructions will be provided.
